Hot Wheels AMG Mercedes CLK DTM
After taking a month off, the family and I went to our local diecast club meeting. Aside from me picking up a load of Ferrari’s (I’ll share some of the haul later), my youngest son bought quite a few loose cars from a dealer that was there. He was selling them for 25 cents. I had no idea what ‘we’ bought until we got home.
I took a look through his purchases and found among the 20 he grabbed theĀ Hot Wheels AMG Mercedes CLK DTM 2006 Hot Wheels First Edition pictured below. I don’t know why but I really like this casting. After a little negotiating, I traded him the 2009 Fire-Eater Treasure Hunt and some lt. blue GTO I had for it. The TH lived in a box anyway. Might as well get some use. š
It turns out that theĀ Hot Wheels AMG Mercedes CLK DTMĀ casting was not used very much. It’s debut was in 2006 as part of the First Editions Series and was released every year up to 2009. Nothing afterwards. I hope that in the near future theĀ Hot Wheels AMG Mercedes CLK DTM is released a few more times.
