Hot Wheels Ferrari F50 Spider

I picked up the Hot Wheels Ferrari F50 in a trade with one of my friends. Being a HUGE Ferrari fan, I was glad to pick it up as to date it is the only Ferrari F50 that I have in my collection.

Hot Wheels offered the Ferrari F50 in two different versions – Spider and Challenge. The Spider (Convertible) version is shown here.

Hot Wheels Ferrari F50 Spider

The Hot Wheels Ferrari F50 Spider made it’s first appearance in the 1996 First Editions Series. It appeared 6 times until it’s last in 1998 as part of a Toys-R-Us 10-pack.

Hot Wheels Ferrari F50 Challenge

The Hot Wheels Ferrari F50 Challenge casting  first appeared in 1999. This Challenge casting saw much more use than the Spider. The latest release of the Challenge casting was in 2013 as part of the 2013 Speed Machines Series.
