Hot Wheels Skate Punk
The Hot Wheels Skate Punk is another casting that I borrowed from my youngest son. There is no way I would buy one of these as they don’t fit my collection Being a somewhat popular casting, I thought I’d give it some time in the photo booth.
When Hot Wheels releases a casting, I look forward to the various color schemes that will follow. With the skate punk, no so much. There are a great deal of things that could be done with it but in my eyes, it doesn’t fit the definition of Hot Wheels. I think this casting belongs in some other line.
Hot Wheels Skate Punk Details
The Hot Wheels Skate Punk is a new casting released in 2013 as part of the Hot Wheels HW Racing Series. As seen in the pictures, the rider can be detached from the board. Oh, and just to reassure everyone, this is NOT A TREASURE HUNT! I don’t know why, but I have seen it referred to as such MANY times.
